The hotel had a noisy room with a fixed high temperature, but it overlooked the pool area. The service was undermanned and rude, with demands for tips. There was a bad drainage smell in the location, despite its convenient beach access. The dining experience was poor with unwanted guests.
The hotel had stunning facilities and a delicious breakfast selection to enjoy beside the pools that we adored. The location was excellent, being close to Nissi Beach yet far enough from the noisy Ayia Napa. The dining experience fell short with discrepancies in menu descriptions and unwanted insect encounters near the eating area.
The hotel room was nearly three times the size of the standard rooms, located in the hotel garden area, especially at night. The service was very helpful and effective, always friendly and helpful, easy to speak to no matter how many attempts I tried. The location overlooks the beach and also has a very hip design, right next to the beach, with a great proximity to upmarket lovely restaurants to eat. The dining experience was a mixture of poor-tasteless and excellent, with homemade ice-cream. The facilities were also well-equipped.
